BARNWELL STAY AND PLAY STARTS OCTOBER 25, 2017

Join us for Stay and Play starting on October 25, 2017 from 9:30 am to 11:30 am, 500 - 2nd Street West.

Stay and Play is a valuable program for parents and children (birth to 5 years) to attend together. There is no charge and registration is not required. Come drop in and see what we're all about!

Songs, rhymes, stories, sand and water play, dress-up and housekeeping, blocks, science and creative art are all available in a safe and inviting learning environment.

We invite all family members to join us Moms, Dads and Grandparets.

SUPPORT GROUPS

Support Group For Adults and Seniors Living With and Managing Chronic Illness - Helping adults and seniors with information regarding living with and managing chronic illness. Mentoring is a key component of the support group as they problem solve together by sharing their experience and coping skills. Divorce Support Group - This groups is for individuals who are facing the challenges of separation or divorce and will feature discussion covering topics such as grief, loneliness, coping, health and well-being, self-esteem, parenting, dating, moving on and redifining your life. COMPASS for the Caregiver Workshop - Do you provide care for a family member of friend who is living with challenges due to disability, illness or old age? YOU are a Caregiver. Our workshop provides a safe and understanding environment to help you reduce stress, decrease guilt, learn how to get support services and work with the system, and begin to care for yourself.
